SOUL SCHOOL RETREAT 2026

By completing a booking for the Soul School Retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

 

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. The retreat fee is 9,875 SEK per person, inclusive of shared accommodation, bedsheets, towels, and two meals per day. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. No place will be held without payment in full.

Seol Center AB reserves the right to release any unpaid or unconfirmed place at any time.

Private room upgrades are available upon request and subject to an additional fee to be confirmed at the time of enquiry.

 

2. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to welcome@seol.center.

 

  • More than 60 days before retreat: Full refund minus any non-recoverable costs

  • 30–60 days before retreat: 50% refund

  • Fewer than 30 days before retreat: No refund

  • No-show or early departure: No refund

 

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations. If Seol Center AB cancels the retreat for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

 

3. Transfers

Place transfers to another person may be permitted with written notice at least 21 days before the retreat, subject to approval by Seol Center AB. An administration fee may apply.

 

4. Travel & Accommodation

Travel to and from Björnbacka Retreatcenter (Ensta 5, 147 91 Grödinge, Sweden) is the participant’s own responsibility and cost. Accommodation is in shared rooms of two people. Private rooms are available upon request at an additional cost. Arrival is on 30 July 2026 at the time communicated by Seol Center AB; departure is on 3 August 2026.

 

5. Programme & Schedule

The Soul School Retreat involves immersive teachings, guided meditations, energy work and ceremonies facilitated by Ida Rsi Wisesanatha and Ida Rsi Mahadevi Wisesanatha. The programme schedule may be adapted at the facilitators’ discretion. Participation in individual activities is voluntary; participants may step back from any session at any time. Dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking. Seol Center AB will endeavour to accommodate reasonable needs but cannot guarantee all requests.

 

6. Health, Wellbeing & Medical Disclosure

By booking, you confirm that you are in a suitable state of physical and mental health to engage in intensive spiritual and contemplative work. You agree to:

Disclose any current or recent serious physical or mental health conditions, including psychiatric diagnoses, at the time of booking

Consult a qualified healthcare provider before attending if you are unsure about your suitability

Inform the team of any changes to your health status prior to the retreat

The retreat does not constitute medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. Facilitators are not licensed healthcare professionals. Seol Center AB reserves the right to refuse or remove a participant if their participation is deemed to pose a risk to themselves or others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, Seol Center AB and its facilitators accept no liability for:

Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings

Personal injury or illness, except where directly caused by proven negligence of Seol Center AB

Cancellation or curtailment due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, or similar)

The nature, outcome or interpretation of any spiritual, meditative or ceremonial experience

Participants attend at their own risk and are strongly advised to hold appropriate travel and health insurance.

 

8. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to honour the retreat space and fellow participants with respect, openness and integrity. The following are strictly prohibited:

Consumption of alcohol or non-prescribed substances during the retreat

Aggressive, threatening or disruptive behaviour toward any participant, facilitator or staff member

Recording of facilitators or other participants without explicit written consent

Any conduct that violates Swedish law

Seol Center AB reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the safety or wellbeing of the group, without refund.

 

9. Photography & Media

Seol Center AB may photograph or film retreat activities for educational and promotional purposes. Participants who do not consent must notify Seol Center AB in writing before the retreat begins. Participants may not publish or share images or recordings of other participants or facilitators without their explicit consent.

 

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data collected during the booking process (including name, contact details and health disclosures) is processed by Seol Center AB (org. nr. 559425-2586) solely for the purposes of retreat administration and participant safety. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU and Swedish data protection law (GDPR). Data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law. 11. Intellectual Property

All content, teachings, materials and methods shared during the retreat remain the intellectual property of Seol Center AB and the facilitators. Participants may not reproduce, publish or distribute any retreat content without prior written permission.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

Seol Center AB reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the date of your booking will apply to your reservation.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising from or in connection with a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
